Customer service and satisfaction have always been the top priorities of OTS- from the humble beginnings of a single facility, five person staff in Brecksville, OH in May, 1974 to the present-day multi-million dollar operations of nine sales locations, four Factory Authorized Repair & Warranty Service Centers and fifty employees covering the Midwest, headquartered in Richfield, OH. 
 
 
Ohio Tool offers distribution and repair services to a diverse market: from steel mills, power plants and chemical refineries to major automotive corporations such as Ford, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, Honda and Toyota. We are also active in sales to Federal, State and Local Governments and the Gas and Oil Industry serving the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions.
